Have
not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid,
neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee
whithersoever thou goest. -Joshua 1:9 (KJV)
A very important
part is not listed in the verse on the photo above. God said, "Have not I
commanded thee?"
For Christians, trusting God is not an option. It's not
something we try to do; it's something we must do. Anything less is
disobedience and disobedience will not bring the help that we need from
our Protector and Provider. It puts a cork in the out-flowing of God's blessings in
our lives.
Lord, please help our unbelief. Let us put our full
confidence in You and You alone. Amen.
