10 Things God Wants You to Remember

I recently posted this message on Facebook, but thought I would post it on this blog as well in order to reach a broader audience. There are so many Christians in the world today who are hurting and may have lost hope. They feel beaten down by the consequences of wrong choices or the daily onslaught of fiery darts from satan, our adversary, or both. Satan knows his reign of terror is drawing closer to an end and he is wrecking havoc in the lives of God's children. We have great power within us to change the world and satan wants to stifle that power by cutting us off from its Source.

This message is short, but says some things that we would do well to remember every day of our lives. We should ingrain them in our brains so that when the roaring lion closes in to try and devour us we can shut him down, stop his mouth, and send him packing. 

I hope you will bookmark this page and come back here to read these 10 things to remember when you are feeling like you can't go on. If you are reading this post I would love for you to add more things to remember in the comments section below because God is, by no means, limited to 10 promises. There are literally hundreds of promises in His Word and the greatest thing we can do to please God is to believe them. (Heb. 11:6)

So, without further delay.....

I know that someone out there needs to hear this today. You feel like you're at the end of your rope and all hope is gone, but look up my dear friend, for your redemption draweth nigh. Your Lord and King is fighting for you and will deliver you!

Hold onto His hand...He will lead you through this dark valley....for it must be traveled before you can reach the mountaintop. Cling to Him with all your might! DO NOT let go and try to travel this road alone. Come hell or high water....stay by His side! But, if you get too weak to hold on, don't worry, you are His child and He WILL NOT let go of you. Hallelujah!!

The Signs of the Times

LAMPLIGHTER ARTICLE:

The signs of the times are even more urgent today than they ever have been. Let’s take Israel, for example. There are many prophecies regarding Israel in the end times, many of which are being fulfilled today before our eyes. The four most important are: 

1. The regathering of the Jews in unbelief. This started in the early 20th Century when there were only 40,000 Jews in Israel. Today there are almost six million who have returned from over 100 nations. 
2. The re-establishment of the state of Israel — accomplished on May 14, 1948. 
3. The re-occupation of the city of Jerusalem — accomplished on June 7, 1967. 
4. All the nations of the world coming against Israel — happening now.

We are on the threshold of the Tribulation when God will pour out His wrath on all the rebellious nations of the world. Fortunately for all of us, God never pours out His wrath without warning because He does not wish that any should perish. The time is short, and I will continue to proclaim the soon return of Jesus as long as I have breath. Victory is on the horizon. And I can hardly wait. MARANATHA!

In that last paragraph it states that God does not pour His wrath out without warning, yet many will be shocked. Many will not know because either no one told them or they have chosen to walk through this life with blinders on so they would have no accountability to a holy and righteous God. But, regardless of whether you believe in a train, it is real, and will come barreling down the track. You either heed the warning signs or you cross that track with no thought for your life.

God is a God of love and is not willing that any should perish. That's why he inspired holy men to pen His words down for all people and all generations to know what is to come. But, because He is a holy and righteous God, justice must be served. His Son suffered, and bled, and died that we might have life. There will come a day of reckoning for those who trampled on His precious Gift to us and considered Him to be a joke and a mockery and have despised His followers (God's adopted sons and daughters), of which I am one.

Because this same God lives in me I have a great burden and desire to see souls saved and won for His kingdom. So, please dear friend, if you are reading this you have been warned. Make no mistake, the end will come. Be watchful, be ready, and look up...because our redemption draweth nigh!

For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. ~John 3:16

When we believe on God's Son to save us from the wrath to come He will be faithful to do as He promised. To God be the glory!
